Katie Sherko
I’m a small town girl from Northwestern Pennsylvania where I was born and raised before heading to the University of North Carolina (Go Heels), where I received my B.A. in Journalism. After college, I went abroad for 2.5 years living on private yachts traveling the world before settling in Austin, Texas where I met my husband, and then moved to Scottsdale, Arizona 8 years ago.
The past 11 years of my life have been surrounded by construction—job placement for construction workers, safety consulting and heavy equipment rental and sales. Throughout that process, I found my passion for building and designing homes. My husband, our two girls and I have always bought, lived in, built and sold homes on the side. It wasn’t until 2018 that I decided I needed to become a Realtor and make this my career. I’ve never looked back, and love everything to do with buying, building, remodeling, designing, staging and selling homes.
My family and faith are my world including all forms of exercise, anything outdoors, travel, food and perfecting the home.
